Common requests

App not opening from a park link

If a park link does not open the app, first make sure the latest version is installed. The bridge page also includes store links as a fallback.

Data issue or missing park details

Please share the park name, approximate location, and what looks incorrect. That makes it much easier to investigate map or amenity data problems.

Privacy or data request

Send the request through the support email and include enough detail to identify the device or account context if the app later adds account features.

Response expectations

This static site includes placeholder copy for response times and support coverage.
