About Everyday Parks
Everyday Parks is a general-audience mobile app for discovering public parks and viewing practical information about them, including available amenities and path or mobility information.
Features relevant to age suitability
- The app may use device location when you choose to allow it to show nearby parks and support location-based features.
- The app may display advertising. Advertising behavior may vary based on consent choices, privacy settings, age-related handling, platform requirements, and app configuration.
- The app offers optional paid Premium functionality through platform-managed purchases or subscriptions.
- Park information can include links to third-party or public park websites. Following a link requires an explicit user action and may leave Everyday Parks for an external website or browser.

Content and communication
Everyday Parks itself does not provide:
- Social-media feeds or public user posts.
- Likes, comments, follows, or similar social interaction.
- Messaging or chat between users.
- Redistribution or discovery of user-generated content to other users.
- Unrestricted in-app web browsing.
The Share feature uses the device or platform sharing functionality to let a user share park information outward. It is not an in-app social network. Local favorites, saved park locations, and user notes are not published to other Everyday Parks users.
Mature content
Everyday Parks is not designed to provide mature entertainment content such as sexual content, graphic or realistic violence, profanity or crude humor, gambling or simulated gambling, or alcohol, tobacco, or recreational-drug content.
Park and map information can include third-party text associated with real-world places, and users may choose to follow links to external websites. That third-party content is not the app's intended product content.
Data and third-party information
Park and map information is derived in part from third-party and open geographic data. It may contain names, labels, descriptions, or links associated with real-world places. Coverage and details may be incomplete; see Data & Coverage for more information.
External websites are outside Everyday Parks' control once a user chooses to leave the app.
App-store age ratings
App-store age ratings are determined under the applicable store's rating system using the app's declared capabilities and content. The displayed rating may vary by platform, operating-system version, country, or region. The applicable app store is authoritative for the rating it displays.
